Confidence In Marriage


 

C  Charity. The pure love of Christ. Live in harmony with your neighbor and your spouse. 1 Corinthians 13:4

 

O  Organized. Be organized in your marriage.  Be organized in your home.  Be organized in your daily duties.  1 Corinthians 14:40

 

N  Never forget to pray.  Never forget your personal, private prayer.  Never forget to pray with your spouse, and hold hands as you do.  Matthew 6:7

 

F  Fidelity. Be faithful and loyal to your spouse in all obligations, vows, and duties.  Matthew 19:6

 

I   Independent.  God gave every human being his agency. He is accountable for his actions and thoughts. Choose good over evil, right over wrong. Proverbs 3:5-6

  

D  Duty at home.  Both parents have responsibilities in the home. Both should work hard.  Be tolerant, patient, and speak kindly to each other.  Titus 2:4-6

 

E  Eternal.  Families can be together forever.  Mark 10:7-8

 

N  Now you know that you are a son or daughter of God.  You are born with a spark of divinity within your heart.  2 Corinthians 6:17-18

 

C  Chosen one.  Cleave unto each other.  Genesis 2:24

 

E  Ever ready to hold hands.  Holding hands is a “sacred handclasp”.  Psalms 24.4-5

 

The word ‘confidence’ also means assurance, belief, faith, and trust.  Psalms 118:8
